Hillingdon Abbots RFC hosted Hackney RFC 3rd team at the Gainsborough Road grounds.
The first half saw the Abbots player, James Wall, score the first try of the match unfortunately this was not successfully not converted but did put Abbots 5 points ahead. Deep into the first half Hackney got their first converted try putting them 5-7 ahead at half time.
The second half saw a younger and much fitter Hackney side score 5 more tries. However, Abbots player, Edd Woolley made a fantastic run from the back of the scrum to score a great solo try but it as not enough to secure the win and Hackey deservedly won the match 10-38.
Edd Woolley earned Man of the Match from Captian Pete Randall.
