Hillingdon Abbots minis & youth are heading to the NEW Brentford Community stadium this Sunday 17th October to take part in the pre-match parade around the pitch for the London Irish v Gloucester fixture.
TICKET INFO:
Mini and youth players who are taking part in the parade, as well as siblings and others aged 16 and under, will be given free entry to the match. Each age group will be escorted by one Hillingdon Abbots coach who will also be given a free ticket. Parents, family members and other adult members can buy tickets for the reduced rate of just £15.
All bookings must be made in block N127. The front rows will be allocated for the kids, with the parents/adults sitting just behind (rows 11 to 21).

Select the number of adult seats required in block N127 (rows 11 to 21) and proceed to the checkout. Enter the code ABBOTS and the discount will apply.
ON THE DAY:
All mini and youth players should wear their club kit and meet in the South East corner of the concourse at 14:30 with their coach (please stay in the concourse area and do not go out into the stand). Parents and other family members should make their way to their seats through the turnstile listed on their ticket. At around 14:45, the players will be escorted around the perimeter of the pitch, exiting through the South West corner.
Unfortunately, due to the Red Zone COVID restriction remaining in place, the mini and youth players are unable to walk on the pitch, but must remain in the AstroTurf section around the edge, in front of the LED boards. After the parade, those taking part in the parade will be escorted to block N127 to take their seats.
